Recipe for Asian Fried Rice with Egg

 

Fried rice is a favorite side dish when a person gets Chinese takeout. Now a person can make Asian fried rice with egg at home by following this simple recipe.
To make Asian fried rice and egg the following ingredients are going to be needed:
2 cup white rice
Salt
ΒΌ cup oyster sauce
2 tbs. soy sauce
3 beaten eggs
2 tbs. oil
1 cup baby peas
2 sliced scallions
2 cups diced pork

In a saucepan put 2 cups of cold water and salt. Add the rice. Bring to a boil. Cover. Reduce the heat and allow rice to cook for 15 minutes. Cool to room temperate. Refrigerate the rice for 24 hours.
The next day mix the oyster and the soy. In a skillet heat the egg and cook them in a swirling motion. In the skillet heat the oil and add the peas and scallions. Cook for 1 minute. Add the rice, sauce mixture, egg, and pork. Cook 1-2 minutes until everything is heated.
It is best to serve the fried rice right away while the egg is still hot,
